Each skein contains a kilometre (1000 m /1093 yds) of yarn, meaning that in many projects--including sweaters--will take only one! Its outstanding softness makes it soft enough to wear next to the skin, and its misty halo and stability make it approprate for projects at a wide range of gauges, or for carrying along with a second yarn.
